Corporate Personal Assistant of Director

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies,

Financial Management, or related discipline.


Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, 

Executive Assistant, or similar executive support role.


Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage as you will liaise with 

Mandarin-speaking partners


Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask 

and prioritize effectively.


High level of integrity, independently, confidentiality, and discretion in 

handling sensitive matters.

Willingness and ability to travel locally with the Director when required.


Possess own transport and a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.

Main Responsibility:

1. Executive and Administrative Support


Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring all arrangements are well-coordinated and executed smoothly.


Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling all communications with professionalism and confidentiality.


Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Director.


Prepare meeting materials, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.


Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential and sensitive information.


Support the Director in decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and presenting relevant data or information.




2. Travel and Event Coordination


Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, visas, itineraries, and transportation.


Accompany the Director on business trips, meetings, and company events when required to provide logistical and administrative support.


Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business functions, ensuring all arrangements meet professional standards.




3. Personal and Lifestyle Management


Handle personal errands, appointments, and matters as assigned by the Director while maintaining a professional level of discretion and confidentiality.


Assist with personal events, household arrangements, and other non-business-related tasks when needed.



4. Communication and Liaison


Serve as the liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, partners, and other external parties.


Ensure effective communication flow and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.


Represent the Director in meetings or discussions when delegated.


Perform any other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned.

6.Strong Emotional Control & Stress Management: Excellent ability to manage stress andmaintain composure

Main Responsibility:

1.Intra-day & Position Trading:

Execute intra-day and position trades for equities listed on Hong Kong Exchange(HKEX),with a focus on short-term, high-frequency strategies to maximize returns.


2.Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Conduct in-depth market research, including qualitative and quantitative analysis of thelatest trends, news, and stock data to develop and implement profitable trading strategies.


3.Risk Management:

Continuously monitor positions and ensure strict adherence to risk limits throughout thetrading day, mitigating risks to protect capital.


4.Performance Monitoring & Self-review:

Regularly assess trading performance, conduct self-reviews, and adjust strategies asneeded to optimize profitability.


5.Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

Collaborate closely with team members, sharing insights, best practices, and tradingstrategies to enhance trading performance.


6.Trade Confirmation & Settlement:

Review daily trade confirmations against the trading blotter and immediately resolve anyunsettled trades or errors to ensure accurate trade execution.
